SIX MONTHS OLD!

I can't believe my baby girl is 6 months old already. It became official on Monday, May 30th (Memorial Day). This has been the fastest 6 months of my life. I get emotional just thinking about it. I can't put into words how much I love this sweet girl. My heart actually aches (in a good way) when I think about how much I love her. She has such a sweet, peaceful personality. She just goes with the flow no matter what we're doing. Her nickname right now is "me-me's!"

At 6 months old she's very attached to Mommy! I'm so thankful to have our ErgoBaby and Mei Tai carriers! I wear her more than I ever wore Karis and Shiloh. Speaking of Karis and Shiloh...she absolutely LOVES her big sisters. What an amazing thing to see a sibling bond actually form. She knows their faces in a group and laughs at them when they aren't even trying to make her laugh...and they get even BIGGER laughs when they ARE trying! She's content to just sit with them or be with them while they play together in one of their bedrooms. It's the sweetest thing to watch.

She loves to blow raspberries and is constantly "talking" or making some kind of noise. She also GROWLS really loud whenever she's eating! It's hilarious. She still won't take a bottle (which is totally fine, I love nursing her) but she loves her cereal with fruit and likes some veggies too. She can roll across an entire room and she grabs for everything in her sight. She loves her penguin teether and her little blue phone.

Esme Constance, you are a joy, a blessing and truly a gift from God! We love you more than words can say and are so thankful God surprised us with you!!!
